2. About Our Service

Rakshafin operates as a loan facilitation and comparison platform. We are not a lender, bank, or financial institution. We connect borrowers with partner banks, NBFCs, and other lending institutions ("Partners") to help users find suitable loan products.

3. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

4. User Responsibilities

When using our Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal and financial information
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
• Not submit false or misleading information that could affect loan decisions
• Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials
• Not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform

5. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting a loan enquiry through our Platform does not guarantee loan approval, sanction, or disbursement. All lending decisions are made solely by our Partner institutions based on their internal policies, risk assessment, and verification processes. Rakshafin does not influence or guarantee the outcome of any loan application.

6. Fees and Charges

Our loan comparison and facilitation services are free for borrowers. However, you acknowledge that Partner lenders may charge processing fees, documentation charges, or other applicable fees as per their terms. All such fees will be communicated transparently by the respective lender.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Rakshafin or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rakshafin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us (which is nil for borrower-facing services).

9. Third-Party Links and Services

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your interactions with Partner lenders are governed by their respective terms and conditions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with the revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
